Vendra Refund Policy

Vendra is operated by Lalinsky Art Group LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (“Vendra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscription plans purchased through joinvendra.com (the “Platform”), including the Trade Access plan.
1. Free Trial
Vendra offers a 7-day free trial for new Trade Access subscribers. Your trial begins on the date you create your subscription. If you do not cancel before the end of the 7-day trial period, your payment method on file will be automatically charged the then-current subscription price ($19.99/month, unless otherwise stated at checkout), and your subscription will convert to a recurring paid plan.
You may cancel at any time during the trial period at no charge by canceling through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@joinvendra.com. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
2. Subscription Billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis and will continue to bill your payment method until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.
3. Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused access, or failure to cancel before a renewal date. We encourage you to cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing cycle.
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in limited circumstances, including:

A billing error caused by Vendra (e.g., duplicate charges)

A technical failure that prevented you from accessing paid features for a significant portion of your billing period

Charges made after a valid cancellation request was submitted but not processed in time
To request a refund, contact us at hello@joinvendra.com within 30 days of the charge in question. Include your account email and a description of the issue. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis and respond within a reasonable time.
4. Statutory Rights
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants statutory withdrawal, cancellation, or refund rights for digital services, nothing in this policy limits those rights. Where applicable law requires a refund or cancellation right beyond what is described above, the applicable law will govern.
5. Method of Refund
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
